Open availability needed!

We are open Monday - Saturday from 8:00AM - 8:00PM. We are ALWAYS closed on Sundays, on Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We are looking for a variety of schedules to be filled by people who are eager to serve others!

All Chick‑fil‑A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

Work with a Chick‑fil‑A Operator

The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the Restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Developmental Training

Employees interested in becoming a Chick‑fil‑A Operator can gain valuable hands-on experience through the Leadership Development program. This extensive training program is offered at Intermediate and Advanced levels at the Chick‑fil‑A corporate office in Atlanta, GA.

Chick‑fil‑A Leadership Scholarships/True Inspiration Scholarships

Eligible Chick‑fil‑A Team Members also have the potential to apply and receive an individual, one-time award of up to $25,000. These scholarships are awarded based on leadership, academic achievement, community involvement, and demonstrated financial need.

Delivery Cars

Delivery cars are provided for you to drive! We currently have 4 company vehicles that we use to deliver everyday. We do ask that you have a vehicle to use, because a company vehicle will not always be available to use.

Free Gym Membership

You read right! We currently offer a free gym membership at a selected Anytime Fitness! If you're tired of paying for your gym membership, consider applying and getting one for free!

Educational Assistance Opportunities

In addition to scholarships, Chick‑fil‑A is offering access to tuition discounts and other benefits for Team Members at more than 70 colleges and universities across the country, which can be combined with either of the above scholarships. Opportunities and eligibility vary by school, but benefits and tuition discounts of up to 30 percent are effective immediately.
